Change 1: Stable category identifiers
Category IDs are now frozen for the year. Shoes are permanently 911. T-shirts are 913. And so on through 921 for Other Stuff. Bookmarks made today still resolve next year. Community QC threads keyed to those IDs no longer break with reshuffles.
Change 2: Coupon step relocation

Change 3: Per-listing QC aggregation
Before 2026, community QC photos attached to your order history. Researching a listing meant hunting Discord threads for old orders. The 2026 sheet aggregates QCs at the listing level. This is a genuine research quality improvement.
Change 4: Category pruning
Roughly 15% of 2025 listings were removed as delisted or unreliable. The remaining 85% are all currently in stock or on active restock cycles. Signal-to-noise ratio went up.
Change 5: Mobile browsing rebuild
Category browsing on phones was rebuilt from scratch. Filter chips replaced vertical accordions, and dropdowns no longer overflow on small screens. Mobile browsing went from unusable to genuinely usable.
What did not change
- The eleven main categories are the same set.
- The QC finder tool works the same way — with better data.
- Listing URL structure still uses category-XXX paths.
